MABELLE, by Casagrand is an upcoming London-themed residential complex, located in Vengambakkam, Chennai.
The complex constitutes almost 200 "London" villas and a number of amenities for the residents to enjoy! It also includes several structures following the London theme, such as the Clock Tower, and the London Eye.
The entire layout maximizes on the use of Softscapes, which benefits the environment and softens the Hardscapes created by the structures.
